দয়া করে, এমব্যাসিতে যাওয়ার আগে এমব্যাসির ওয়েবসাইট অথবা অস্ট্রিয়ান কনস্যুলেট থেকে ডকুমেন্টস চেক লিস্ট টা আবার দেখে নিবেন, কারণ এই লিস্ট যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
1. Completed Residence Permit Application form with 2 recent (35 mm x 45 mm) photos

2. Appointment letter

3. Passport
4. All academic transcripts and certificates (HSC and SSC) with Bachelor Running document [ SSC+HSC+Bachelor , If apply for masters ]{Full attested}
5. Experience Documents for masters applicants ( If any)
6. IELTS and German language Certificate ( If applicable )
7. Birth certificate notarized copy ( Attested by low ministry, foreign ministry & Embassy/Consulate )
8. Police Clearance ( Attested by foreign ministry, Embassy/Consulate and Not older than 3 months )
9. University Offer letter
10. Sponsor’s recent 6 month bank transaction/statement ( If sponsor is business man)
11. Trade license ( If sponsor is business man)
12. Updated TIN Certificate ( If sponsor is business man)
13. Tax Return Paper ( If sponsor is business man)
14. Job certificate with mentioned ID No. and Salary ( If sponsor is Job holder )
15. Job ID card Copy ( If sponsor is Job holder )
16. Recent 6 month salary statement of sponsor ( If sponsor is Job holder )
17. Payment proof of sponsor ( Money transfer proof/slip from sponsor’s bank account to applicant’s bank account or others )
18. Bank Statement ( Applicant’s account )
19. Bank deposit slip
20. Accommodation paper
21. Affidavit Paper of sponsor ( Notarized Copy )
22. Travel medical insurance/Health Insurance paper accepted by Austrian Embassy/Schengen States/German Embassy
